Beosystem 3 can´t choose speakers

Hi. I have bought a beosystem 3 typ 9600. But i can't choose speakers in the speaker menu . Nothing happens when i press right or left in the menu for speakers. Does anyone recognize my problem and have a solution. I have changed the speakerboard but still the same problem.
