Is the 59xx the "same" as the 6500/7000 decks ? I have just had a 7000 with stuck carriage and platter exactly like this.
I just lifted the (big) gear wheels(loosened the plastic holders) and I could get the arm back on track again. It somehow was out of its groove. The gears was self aligning after put back in, but I was a bit nervous about doing it, It was no problem at all :)

Thanks Jacob.Yes, Beogram 6500/7000 are also type 59xx.I know the reason and the cure for the problem - I just need to find the thread.
Was it in the Archived Forum like this one?
This?
Thanks guys, - but no.I remember the arm in question was visible in the photo.

Thanks Milton,But not that one either. The area and arm in question is not visible in that photo at all.
Not even when you unfold the picture?
No.The arm in question sits under the rearmost cam wheel that's outside the upper left side of the photo, - under other parts that wouldneed removing to see it.
The photo is not what I am looking for - I can take a similar photo myself.I am looking for the thread.
Right Martin I think it won't be too difficult for you to find. Btw since these are my first posts, greetings to all the members of this wonderful b&o community!
