BeoLink Wireless goes stand by

hello I have the following configuration beosound 2300 in master room connected to a link room with Beolab 3500 via a couple of BeoLink Wireless 1

the beosound is connected to the beolink converter that use a masterlink cable to connect to the BeoLink Wireless ( transmitter) .

the beolab 3500 is connected toe the BeoLink Wireless (receiver) directly via the masterlink cable

i use a Beo4 to control the system

The system works fine but once I switch off the hifi the next time I want to play again the beolink wirelsss do not start (they remain in stand by) and I have to re-synch them using the reset button inside 

what do have done wrong? Why the BeoLink Wireless does not start widen I switch on the Boesound 2300?

Any help would be appreciated
