Hello,

got an offer to purchase a Beovision 4-42 non HD (incl Beosystem 2) for about 1000 euros.

Right now I have a HD (1080p) 42" LG display and I am afraid if I will get dissappointed by the picture quality of the BV4. I am looking at both DVDs and Blurays and occasionaly play some games on my PS3.

So basically I am wondering how the picture quality of the BV4 non HD stands in today's market?

(I mean I'll get a decent 3D TV for roughly the same price)

Best regards,

Martin

Make sure that it's at least a mkII or mkIII.

These types can handle an DVI module for handling "hd" signals.

A mkI has different chassis and software.
