I am using a Beoplay M3 in our new Garden Room on the rear of our house. Basically this is our old conservatory, re-built with a proper roof on it making it more usable all year around.
I worry about the M3 being exposed, via all the windows, to sunlight causing the case to fade or discolour and so thought about some form of cover / hood that could be put on the speaker to cover it when not in use.
Does anyone know of any possible solutions other than a tea-cosy!!
Thanks
How about some roller blinds in your Garden Room? Or you can wall mount it somewhere in the room with a better protection from sunlight. The idea of protecting the M3 is good and required, as the typical soft touch coating (not only used by Bang & Olufsen) is prone to corrosion and starts to get sticky after many years.
