Hello,

I have a pair of H8 headphones. My third pair. It’s been the least stable headphone model I’ve ever owned. My latest kit suffers from a unreliable power switch that used to work well but lately has begun getting the phones stuck in either a non-Bluetooth mode, a non-responsive mode, a mode with a glitchy sound and non-responsive mode or sometimes a working mode.

There’s also a cable in the headband that seems loose so when I’ve been walking with them I hear the cable jump around inside. A slight annoyance but adds to the overall bad experience.

I’ve alerted Beocare to it and sent them in. They received them today, and quickly sent an email that they couldn’t replicate the issue after thorough inspection. Now they are passing halfway over Europe again, still broken.

My former pairs had issues with both locking up and minimal/useless Bluetooth range. Issues that took time to even get them to realize was real.

I’ve spent a lot of money on B&O and I wonder if they have grown to quickly. So many products and so many of the headsets with low quality hardware. It seems they rely on good speakers, leather and metal but put in really bad hardware switches, chips and boards. From

What I’ve realized they look good and sound good but they break down easily and have really inferior ANC (I cant use it on cars or busses because of the way it works, if a shake occurs a loud wobbly base is heard

- which does not happen in Sony or Bose).

Pretty annoyed and sad about the experience and I guess I’ll have to continue sending them in. It takes time for me, for them, for the environment and takes a hit on my happiness. Maybe I should just give up and get myself something else.

What’s your experience with beocare?
