Recently moved into a new house along with updating a Bang & Olufsen audio system that has three different zones each now using a Beosound Core. The Avant 2014 and two Beolab 9's integrated with a Beosound Core  are now working together flawlessly in living room. Two Beolab 8000's in an office area with a Beosound Core are also performing very well. The third Beosound Core in the basement with two Beolab 12-2's and Beolab 2 subwoofer are connected to a new LG 55 in OLED. The installer connected the Core to both the television as well as the external B&O loudspeakers so that the sound of the tv could play through them as well as to the B&O app to play for music source only through the B&O app. Unfortunately, music accessed by the B&O app will only stay on for a maximum of two minutes then cut out and speakers turn off. The speakers always have to be manually turned on for sound through the LG screen menu each time to listen to tv external speaker sound. This happens when this zone is playing by itself or along with other zones. There are also two wireless Beoplay speakers (A6 and M5) and one wireless Beosound 2 located in various rooms throughout the house, all of which perform well. The internet speed seems adequate (100-120 Mbps) along with Araknis installed to provide for even access points throughout the main floor and basement. Has anyone else experienced this problem as well as have suggestions?
