My BV10-40 has all connections at the bottom
Ferdinand
I would bet that it does: The power cord goes into the same "hollow cable rail" as the other connections, so if you can find its entry point, you know where the plastic cover panel to that cable rail is. Not sure how a hotel would go about making the cover non-removable, but screws come to mind. The regular BV10 should have 3 magnets on the top edge of the cover and 2 or 3 rubber-on-plastic inserts (like speaker grilles often do) about a cm from the bottom of the cover and a few cm in from the ends. Once you examine and access the TV that can be moved, you'll probably be able to pop the panel off the fixed-mount as well, because it takes very little horizontal movement to release the inserts, and probably the wall mount is deeper than that. Hmm... should we look up the replacement part price so you can pay the hotel for cracked plastic bits?
Aussie Michael:Lol. I’m not referring to the connection panel below the screen. I’m talking about the quick access one at the top That is sometimes here This is the bedroom one. I was just wondering about the one in the other room that is fixed so I can’t see which model it is. I very much like the picture quality.
Aussie Michael:Thanks everyone. Worked it out. The label was under the speaker cover. It’s a BV11-40 The 11 has the better sound I think than the 10.

Aussie Michael:Interestingly the 10 has what looks like a centre speaker But the 11 has a cluster of 3 in the left and right The movies I watched on the 11 sounded way louder and clearer than my Avant. But that could also do with the shape of the room and the 11 was in a little alcove.

In BeoVision 10 left and right channels share a single woofer – the suspected "centre speaker" – whereas the 11 has one woofer for each channel, together with their tweeters and midranges. This obviously results in better sound performance.

BeoGreg:And I believe you haven’t played with the settings. I said it plenty times before and say it again : I found the BV11 sound fantastic (especially for movies).
I do have some 11-40 with and without the quick assess panel.welcome to buy
MK1 has no WISA but a quick access panel.
MK2 has WISA and the quick access panel.
Mk3+ has no quick access panel. Which is a shame, it was quite handy when i had an the early 11.
