Hi,

I currently own a pair of Beolab 3's, one of them works perfectly, but the other one won't turn on(from red to green) they are both plugged in, and I'm using a B&O original power-link to 3.5mm jack cable. As stated, one of them works fine and produces great sound, but the second one just keeps the red light on, with no other action. I've switched the cables to see if it was the problem, but with the same result.

Has anyone experienced this?

Any suggestions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi Iviyel20,

Welcome to Beoworld!  Please can you check that both speakers are set to "Line" (not L or R) on the switch at the back?  If this doesn't help, please unplug the cables from the two speakers and swap them over - does the fault "move" with the speaker, or "stay" with the same cable position please?

If the same speaker stays faulty, then it looks like a speaker issue that needs a B&O repairer to take a look.  If the same cable position is always affected, then changing the cable should resolve this - one of these cables should match the one you have:-
