Where can I find the serial number? It was put into service in 1998. Would it be a MKI or MKII?

Hi,

Open the lid (not the glass door) to access the operation panel.
Remove the operation panel (by inserting your finger in the dedicated hole). It only holds by magnets.

Under the operation panel you'll find the serial number.

The 'Type Number' is what you'll need to determine wether it's a Mk1 or Mk2.  It's a 4-Digit number beginning with 2***
