BeoVision 4 65", vertical stripes on the screen.

Hello,

looking for help, how to repair BeoVision 4 65". It has vertical stripes over the all screen. The stripes are the best visible, when the screen is dark - then the faulty stripe is not black, but partly blue and the stripe width is 16 mm. The black stripe width is 17 mm. All the screen is covered with stripes.

Below is picture of the stripes when there is a movie on the screen.

I do have BO service manual (and electronics skills), but there are no circuit diagrams. The plasma screen should be made by Panasonic.

Hello again,

maybe someone knows, what Panasonic plasma screen model is basis for BeoVision 4 65"? I've got some Panasonic service manuals, but modules location desn't look 100% same as in BeoVision 4 65" service manual. The BeoVision 4 65" is quite heavy, don't want do take it off from wall before I'm sure that I have right circuit diagrams.

Check in the menu what panel is recognosed: D8, D9, D10...

What is the native resolution of the panel?

We can go on from there!

Thank you for answering. The panel is recognized as D9.

16:9 65", WXGA, HDTV ready with BeoSystem 3, 1049088 pixels (1366x768xRxGxB), contrast 3000:1
