Hi all,

The surround module (PCB32) on my beloved Beovision 7-32 has given up the ghost. I'm after a replacement and if anyone out there has one going spare I'd be very interested.

Many thanks!

Luke

I have several laying around, including for the BV7-32.

Send me a pm.

I assume that you haven't attached your center speaker to the center socket on the board. The BV7 centerspeaker should be connected to 1 of the 2 connectors on the BV7 itself.

That's great, thanks! PM sent.

I have my centre speaker connected to the 1&2 connectors on the other side of the panel, and everything works fine on that channel. The left and right channels on the board are no longer outputting any sound, and the sound menu on the TV has been 'simplified' an no longer has options for the type of centre speaker or surround speakers etc. It just has volume, treble and bass adjustments. I'm reasonably confident it's the PCB32 that has failed rather than the main chassis.

All the best

Luke

Sorry Beobuddy - I'm not entirely sure how to send a PM - I tried to send an email yesterday but I'm not sure if it worked? Apologies if it went through...
