hello, my Moment seems to be stuck on a scan like advance. After approx 30 seconds jumps to what I think is next track. How do I turn this off? Plus how do I add TuneIn for radio? I don’t listen to radio often but would find this helpful. Thanks

My Deezer account has expired and I entered details for Tunein account which I think should work. And it appears the same issue of jumping tracks after 30 seconds (which suggests it is not the radio??).
I have a 16b Synology NAS.

Hi. Did you try to reset your Moment to factory settings and then to configure your tunein account again?

This sounds confusing.
Deezer does what you say if you not have a valid subscription, i.e play songs only 30 seconds.
Tunein is a (free) separate service and not subject to a subscription, but you need to have created an account at tunein.com
Make sure you enter your Tunein credentials at the right place in Moment.
Once you have done that you should see radiochannels you have marked as favorites at tunein.com, appear under the "radio tab" in Moment.
Your NAS is not involved in the above.
