Beomaster 5 advice

Hi All,

Thanks for all the previous expert advice on this forum, I have another problem I need advice again. Beomaster 5 works fine until when I switch it off. The sound stops, for example internet radio, on the head unit/beosound 5 the radio channel is still being shown although there is no sound. I then try to use it again and the only way I can do this is to switch the power off for a prolng period of time. I have had to do this on several occassions.

I have not changed the settings of the Beomaster 5 so how do I fix the problem. Advice really appreciated.

I have the same problem, beosound works perfectly but after a few seconds the beolab swiths off, I have to reboot to get sound again, when I switch off the beosound, and tur it on again again after a few seconds no sound, hope someone can help me.
