I have recently purchased a Beoplay S8 for my TV however I have connected my iPhone 8 plus to it through the Hub. The sound is extremely low and there is no response from the sub woofer.
The connection to the hub is via the 3.5 mm jack.

Hi Nigel,
You will need to turn up the iPhone volume to maximum after connecting to the Hub (the volume level of the phone will probably reset to the last volume level used when headphones were connected) - if you have the volume limiter option enabled in the phone settings, please disable this to get full volume out to the Hub. The phone volume should now match the level of your other sources.
