Critical Error Beolink converter NL/ML

Hello,  I have a Beolink converter... but the indicator led  Flashing quickly red and green, i read the installation guide and indicate Critial Error, what i do?

what could be the reason of the error?

first unplug LAN and ML

Restart the BLC

Is the critical error still present?

But immediately the  Critical error show

Second: do a factory reset
