Beomaster 8000 outputboard

I bought this from someone claiming he restores old radios and stuff.

But this resistor did no do well.

This is the board from another angle, those 330/63 caps ought to be 220/63 caps.

Could anyone tell me what kind of trouble that could give?

I am not an expert myself but eager to learn.

Replycan be in Dutch , English and German if preferred.
