When changing the worn or missing pads (feet) on a Beolink 1000 remote you are best advised to take the remote apart.
Why? Can’t you change them with the remote intact?
Yes, you can in “theory,” but in practice the pad stems tend to break off and drop into the remote and that is four pieces of hard rubber that really shouldn’t be inside the remote.
And let me mention it really feels “GOOD” to pick up the remote with that solid feel of four matched pads.
Just a little tip, but it is the little things that make B&O different.

Nice detail Jeff, I hate things rattling around inside my items, I have rubber or silicone feet an all my B&O, I hate it too when the item move when you push a button.
Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.
Sooner or later those feet would have presented a problem.
The Beolink 1000 is such a great remote….. heavy, impressive, and totally useful.
I love my Beo4 but I prefer my 2 Beolink 1000’s, something about the organization of the remote.
I think I am headed for the kitchen for one of your cubas.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks. Where can I find a good source for NOS feet for my Beolink 1000?
