My Belcom 6000 is now unable to store new entries. Thinking it may be a space issue I have deleted many but this has not made any difference. When I go through the storage process I get confirmation that the name/number has been stored but none are in the directory.

Any ideas please?

Thanks.

Try going to the HANDSET/BASE menu and switching the phonebook between COMMON and PERSONAL.

Switched to Personal and bingo......works.

Thanks so much.

No problem - thanks for the feedback that it works!  That simply means that your numbers are stored on the phone itself rather than the PSTN or base station.  This will be fine if you only have one handset.
