ATV with 2 BS1

I’m thinking to connect two BS1 to an ATV via airplay as permanent solution for my TV.

Does this make sense? i want to get rid of cables and don’t have a wisa-tv.

Forget it, as there is no possibility to make a stereo pair with 2 airplay speakers other than Homepods (stereo pair is not an AP2 feature, it’s an HomePod feature)

Would still work without the stereo separation though? two emersion speakers?

btw, how would it work if i add two homepods as stereo pair? could i then still add a BS1 in another room over airplay-2?

I've used a single BeoSound 1 with an Apple TV via airplay and it works well. No lip sync issues.

i connected an BS1 and M3 over airplay-2. Both seem in-sync. i am facing some issues though:

1) ATV allows to play audio over hdmi to the tv speakers and at the same time to BS/M over airplay. it’s close to in-sync, but not 100%. any idea whether possible to improve or just not working?

2) One odd thing is that movies play over air-play, but the ATV menu sounds do not. you facing the same issue? same issue when airplay from IOS to ATV, it only plays over hdmi.

3) When playing airplay to BS/M, i cannot have other NL speakers join. that’s not possible by b&o?

4) is there some way to “join” with airplay, similar to how it’s done with NL?
