Beolit 500 (Type 1101) as intercom?

Hi all,

I've just secured my second Beolit 500 and am interested by the idea of setting them up as an intercom. However, I can't find any information about this other than a reference to a separate amplifier in the service manual. 

Can anyone shed some light on how to do this and what, if anything, is additionally required?

Hi MrRoast,

I have 3 of these totally atypic radios but I never tried to use them as intercom.

Perhaps this extract of their Operating Instructions could help you ....
