I have used Essence remote with my M5 for quite some time.
Occationally it stopped working and I had to reset M5 in order to be able to pair with the remote again.
However, this time I'm unable to pair again. Did factory reset of M5 and also removed batteries from Essence remote.
I get the message that M5 is unable to pair over bluetooth.
Does anyone have any advice?

No problems to pair the remote to my M3....
I've had this issue also for some weeks ago.
Even removing the essence remote in the remote menu wasn't the solution, as I wasn't able to reconnect the essence with the M5.
After keeping the M5 for a longer period of several hours from the mains, I tried again and I got it working again.
It might sound strange, but at that same I was experimenting with a Beocom 5 I still have and didn't use for a long time. It's hangs on the wall only 50 cm's away from the M5. After drying out the BC5's battery, the M5 works flawless again with the essence remote.
