what's the set-up procedure on the Beosound 1 when the thing doesn't change from flashing white to flashing orange? I'm confused now!

I thought I'd charge it for a while but that doesn't seem to help. Back to the shop for another one?

Red flashing light is hardware fault.

If you cannot reset it with the button under, get it into service. =)

Mine have behaved like that sometimes.

Leaving it unplugged from mains for a while (over night) have brought it back to normal.

Let me know what B&O tell you.

The app has never found the BS1.

I thought I'd try adding the Beolit 15 as a product along with the TV and the headphones and it can't find that!

It's Bluetooth connected but the app is on my phone email rather than the one for the router. I've tried changing the app to the home email. This is crazy.

I do not follow you here.

Did you do the setup of the BS1 so you can access your network?

Your phone with the app need to be on the same network.

You refer to "phone email" and "home email" . I do not understand what you mean.

Thanks for trying to work out my issue. My headphones and TV were quite happily on my Play app and were found when I changed to B&O. That was with my e-mail address but the router is on our family e-mail. I've tried changing the e-mail to the right one for the router but this doesn't seem to work. So the app can't find the Beolit which I usually just Bluetooth. If that doesn't work then the Beosound certainly won't even if the red light wasn't flashing. I may just reinstate the Century.

I don´t understand why you refer to email. That has nothing to do with this.

Are you using the latest B&O app?

Did you setup the BS1 according to the instructions?
