Am I correct in concluding that a Beocenter 2300 cannot be directly hooked up to the new Beovision 11 ?

(having the Beolabs of course directly connected to BV11 not to the 2300)

thanks!,

Rene

B&O is planning to release a Netlink to Masterlink converter. With a Beolink converter (type1611), connected to your 2300 via aux, it should be possible to comunicate with older items and the new netlink-items.

On this forum they mentioned a pricetag at $900 for the new converter. This one is very complicated (ip-addresses etc) and cannot be compared to the existing converters.

Release is in the planning, but when?

Should work with a Beolink converter 1611 (to Masterlink) and a second Beolink converter (ML-NL converter) to BV11.

You can read the user guide on Beos support page.
