Hi,
I own a pair of S60's that I purchased from a local gentleman. He said he and his son rewired the crossovers. I pulled the woofers out to take a look at the crossovers and noticed that all of the ferrite inductors are missing from the crossover coils. What do you recommend I do about this? The speakers sound fantastic, but I would prefer them to operate withing factory specs. Here is a photo:

Welcome to Beoworld !Missing the ferrite cores from the two outermost coils, but otherwise it looks quite original to me..I can't really see that any rewiring has been done either.

Also i want to ask what happens if the ferrite cores missing.
How they sound? Is it safe?
Can i replace the two coils with "Air" ones?

Any problems with it?
