Hey Everyone,

My Beoplay A9 seems to be missing something lately. Either one of the speakers inside is damaged or my hearing is going because i'm not getting the same sound I did just a few weeks ago. Nothing has changed about my setup or sources. Is there some sort of diagnostic tool to control each speaker inside independently to make sure they are all working correct?

Thanks :)

(Probably) the easiest way would be to connect the right respectively the left channel of an external source via the line-in connection - and then listen for the differences in the channels.

There is a tv - and there is a BV

Yes, exactly the same here

I noticed this a couple of months ago to be honest

I’ve tried factory reset- still the same
