Beosound 1 top not parallel

the beosound one is working well, with the occasional drop out, but now my son brought something to my attention. The top dial/reflector is not horizontal any more. It’s as if it’s bent from being used to pick the speaker up. I thought it was doable as the dealer picked it up that way, supported at the base. Now it looks like it’s  been dropped but it hasn’t.

The BS1 very sturdy so I would be surprised if it could be bent just by carrying.

That’s my thinking, but it hasn’t been dropped.
