I have a question. When i plug the headphones to charge them, the light flashes orange three times then flashes red fast. They won’t charge. What should I do? Please help. When i try to power them on nothing happens.

Try another charger and/or cable. It seems like it indicates an issue with charging. Perhaps to slow charger or a cable not supported or broken.

Also check that the battery is seated correctly in the H9i. It is fitted below the left metal plate. Turn it and lift it. But be careful. No force.
