I have problems when powering on my beomaster 4400. I just saw these pictures, showing a resistor on the shield of the powerswitch? Mine does not have one like it?

What is it for? Can´t seem to find it on the schematic in the service manual?

Best regards - Kasper

It prevents static build-up on the chassis.
Your Beomaster has a two-pin mains plug with no earth connection, and the resistor should sit from Chassis to Neutral.

If you Beomaster has a reversible mains plug, and gives a slightly vibrating feel if you move your hand over its metal parts, unplug and rotate the mains plug.
