I was recently given a B&O 9000 CD tower and speaker system by my dad who no longer has use of it. I am trying to connect it to my Fluance RT-81 record player and I am having issues. I have managed to link the systems together however I do not have any volume control. Does anyone please know what I might need in order to control the volume?

Thank you

Would be nice to know more precisely, what you have done to ‘link the systems’.

Hi Montylc96,

Welcome to Beoworld!  Please set the switch on the rear panel of the record player to "Line" and then please connect this to the 7 pin Aux socket of the 9000 CD player with this cable (don't use the 8 pin Powerlink sockets, or you won't have any control of the record player volume):-

To listen to the record player, simply press "A.Aux" on the B&O keypad, or select this on the B&O remote control by pressing the "LIST" button until the display shows "A.AUX", then pressing "GO".

Kind regards, Steve.

Steve.
