This lot would have been double the price 2 or 3 years ago.....

Collection only can't possibly be the only reason it went so low.  That's nuts.

Prices have fallen quite a bit recently, but i think in this particular case it was the collection only which killed it - as mentioned.

I would have expected that for a 5500? No powerlink, and no beogram means IMO it not worth much more...?

THe prices are crazy - 2 auctions I was watching but forgot about(!) from a B&O retailer in the Midlands went for silly money for ex demo kit. A BS9000 Mk3 and a BS3200 - yours for £1,490 for both! Madness. There must be profit in that for someone if you just wanted to sell them on next year. Crazy.

Many more sellers than buyers at the moment..

However, once everyone has sold logic would dictate that there won't be as much kit around and prices will naturally firm up again a little.

There is a general slide in values though.

Hello

UK prices are often very low because they usually refuse to send, even if the unit is easy to pack.

We don't see this in Germany, France ...

This is a pity because european buyers believed that this prices are common prices and anything above is unfair.

I really wonder if the selling prices by b&o dealers are the same than in the rest of Europa.

Unless you are really rich, you always try to get the best price for your auction.

It's an opportunity for you Lee to buy at a very low price.

4 beolab 5,  beolab 9, beolab 10, beolab 5000, beolab 8000 mk2, beolab 6002, beolab 3500, beovision 7 55 mk2,  2 beovision 11 46 mk4, beotime, beosound ouverture, beosound essence, beoplay A8, beomaster 900 RG de luxe and the collection continues...

If anyone sees a V1-40 for a good price, I'm on the lookout!

I bought a Beosound 1 from Gumtree for £130 including postage with the CD not working. The rest of it is superb.

Beosound 8, Beotime, Beocom 4, Beo 5, Lutron Rania, MacBook 15" (Mid 2015), iPad Pro, iPhone 6S, B&O Play H3, Beolit 12, Form 2, A8 Headphones, B&O Play A1, B&O Essence
