How to connect (not only audio) Beogram with Datalink into BS9000 ?

I am sorry but Beosound 9000 does not provide any data via its Aux socket, so it cannot remotely control a Beogram. You would need to manually control the Beogram.

I am not aware of any way to add Datalink to the Beosound 9000 via a Beolink Converter.
What you want to achieve can be accomplished, but not through the aux socket. Also, it's not inexpensive. You would need two NL/ML Converters and a B&O audio system capable of datalink -- such as a BeoMaster 7000, BeoMaster 5500, BeoMaster 4500, etc. You connect one NL/ML Converter via ML cable to the BS9000 and the other NL/ML Converter to the BeoMaster with ML via a BeoLink Converter. The turntable is connected to the BeoMaster. The two NL/ML converters then connect to each other with Cat7 cable. You then map the turntable source through the converters to control it using one of the video sources of the BeoRemote with the BS9000. As I said, it's not inexpensive -- or simple -- but it can be done. It would entail lots of cables for Steve to sell you!

Thanks, that is an interesting idea.....I guess the two NL/ML Converters would cost around £1,200 GBP, so quite pricey but it would also give a lot of extra functionality to the system. I am always happy to help with cables if Silou decides to go for this option!

No. The 1611 converter is used to connect an MCL master to be recognized on an ML system. The turntable needs an audio master to drive it. The MCL audio master has datalink to control the turntable. However, the BS9000 does NOT have datalink. There can only be one audio master on an ML network. That's why you need the NL/ML converters to connect two ML networks.

But this doesn't change a thing to the final conclusion for the BS9000.
Although not the obvious solution but the two BLC (= ML/NL converter) solution does work.
Depending on the BS9000, another solution:
BS9000 set to option 6
Second Beomaster with datalink / ML capabilities in option 2 in other room; Beogram connected to this BM
