Dear members,

Today I encounter problems with Deezer on my Moment. It plays all music only for 30seconds amd then skipps to next song.

My Deezer account itself is functioning normally as I can play songs normal through the Deezer app.

In BeoTool the Deezer status is stating “not ready”.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts

I have been running into the same issue since Friday evening.  I suspect another bad update was pushed.  I was able to resolve the issue at the time by signing out of my Deezer account and signing back in again, but it has started doing it again.

The same problem here. Was wondering whether it something had to do with Beoportal .But Beotool tells  me that Deezer is "not ready"?

I'm trying to convince myself to keep the Moment, but it get's harder.

I solved it by deleting and adding my deezer account on the moment. For now it is ok, but maybe for a short while.

I’m sure they did not push a new software update as my moment is set up for manual updates only. There must be some form of miscommunication between deezer and the b&o portal. Let’s hope there will be a silent solution asap (if not fixed yet).

I had the same and "forgetting"/entering my Deezer account fixed the issue.

BUT ... Prior to that I also saw DEEZER Cache update issues in the notification and the MoodWheel inner circle is empty (even with Deezer only configured)

Worse for me are the DLNA issues: It looks like DLNA artist's images are no longer fetched and Mood attribute no longer set on DLNA tracks ... waiting support answer on this front.

I also noticed the following:

Tonight I removed my DLNA collection from my BS Moment (set the DLNA server to none and rebuilt the local library) so I can focus on Deezer only for troubleshooting the grey MW inner ring.

After a couple of hours, the BS Moment is still collecting information about my Deezer collection and the numbers shown in the notification screen so far don't make sense at all. At the time I'm writing this post, 5283 artists and 8197 albums have been identified to be part of my collection where I have (according to Deezer IOS app) 145 artists and 500 albums only in my Deezer collection (my music).

I think we have a problem here and I can remember the Deezer process being much faster previously and in sync with the real life.

This could also explain the Deezer cache issue if the complete Deezer content is considered to be "my music", as well as the grey inner ring and potentially a side effect on DLNA collection processing (I'll see later once Deezer processing finishes on day ...)

Can someone check in her/his BS Moment notification screen if Deezer information makes sense or not? After a power off/on for example.
