Hi,
I would like to replace the capacitors on the crossovers of the beovox s45-2 speakers. I have never attempted such thing before. I have found some information elsewhere on this forum but I'm still a little lost. Can I use identical capacitors? Can someone point me to the right ones? (preferably with a ebay link). Any advice would be appreciated.
Artur

Thank you very much.
I was trying to fix the woofer on these speakers as on of the magnets has become detached. Sadly all I managed to do is damage the voice coil to the point where its impossible to put the magnet in the voice coil without getting any contact. Do you happen to have a spare? I would greatly appreciate if you can advise on what to do.
None at present, I'm afraid, but I still have lots of boxes to go through in the dungeons, and occasionally one turns up.You could also look at f.e. Ebay,It's worth waiting for an original woofer.
Also note the different versions of Beovox S45, as I have just posted about here:

Hi Martin,
I managed to fix the woofer, and it's working! I also have bought the capacitor kit so I'm looking forward to getting this done as well. I also need to replace one of the midrange. I see there is none available at the beo shop. There are some available on ebay but I'm not 100% sure it's the right one. Do the s 45.2 and s 45 3 way version have the same? Would this one be suitible? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/264784261024.
These speakers are my firs restoration project and I'm determined to make them sound the best the can, you have been of great help and thank you for that.
Regards,
Used parts are not in the shop.Instead go here: https://beoparts.com/2014/07/31/beovox-midrange-speaker-driver/And use the contact form.
