Beosound Ouverture (2500) - Tape deck issue

Hello, 

I am new at this forum. I was hoping that I could find some help regarding my "new" Beosound Ouverture.

My current issue: Tape deck starts playing my tape for about 3 seconds, then it stops. While playing for those 3 seconds, the music sounds like it's slowed down.

I have just exchanged the belt, because it wasn't able to play AT ALL prior this (the previous belt was melted). 

Any reason this issue is happening?

Did you clean the wheels/gears and applied new grease, while replacing the belts? Where did you buy the belt(s)?

I did clean the wheels/gears. However, I did not apply new grease, because I am unsure where to buy it.
