My BL2000 has developed a fault.

I cannot get it off the wall . Cables disconnected its loose on its two prongs that support it but no matter how I wiggle it - its not coming off the bracket.

Suggestions please

Hi,

I think you want to pull it out towards you a very tiny bit and then lift straight up very slightly and then shift it to the left keeping it square to the plate.  In other words, do not tilt it to one side or the other at all.  The keyholes in the rear of the BL2000 are slotted and once you get the "prongs" of the mounting plate in the right position, the BL2000 will need to be shifted to your left to free it from the mount.

Good luck, it takes a bit of patience to get it lined up straight and square so that it will slide over and off.

Cheers,

Bill
