My Beoplay A1 bricked itself. I talked to B&O support and there was nothing they can do. It's also out of warranty so I'm stuck and incredibly disappointed with how this situation turned out.

Once powered on, none of the buttons on the device work -- not even to power the device off. I'm unable to put the device into Update Mode because the buttons do not work. So I'm stuck.

Are there any techs in here that can help me to do a manual hard factory reset via command line / terminal while connected via usb?  Or is it possible to do a factory reset on the device through manually dismantling it?

Any help is much appreciated. I've already wasted so much time trying to figure out what's wrong with this piece of junk. Thank you

Are you in the EU? Usually they have to fix the products within 5 years of purchase even if it’s out of warranty.
