Beosound 4

Hi all,

 

I have a Beosound 4 the glass door raises halfway as it should and all the way up to load a cd. Problem is the glass door often closed all the way down as soon as it raised to the top for loading. Not every time but most. 
Any thoughts?

My fathers does exactly the same. Disconnecting the power and leaving overnight before reconnecting did sort it out initially. It may work for you.
