Using AUX on BS 3000 in ML setup

Hello dear forum members,

I need some advise regarding ML setup. I want to help someone who want to use a Essence on a Beosound 3000 which is connected with ML to Beovision with BL’s.

The Essence will be connected through proper cable for PL (RJ45) to AUX in the BS3000.

My question is how the Beo4 must be setup, does it need to be in Link-A.aux to select the essence as a source?

I would say A.AUX if the BS3000 is setup in option 1 or 2 (or 0 if integrated with a BV).
