1) Can I pair a BRone BT with Beosound 1 GVA version, and on the BRone see e.g the Tunein channels I have as favourites? My wife does not like the app and are not happy with being "blind" when using BS1

2) If I pair with BS1 as above, what do I need to do when changing to commanding my BV11 that obviously is using IR. How do I flip between IR and BT?

1. When paired with BT, you can indeed see your favorite TuneIn channels listed on the remote's display. It's a great feature! Deezer favorites, however, are not listed.

2. It's really simple to switch between modes. You just add the needed mode, e.g. BeoVision, to the list of Products in the settings. Then, when you need to switch modes, you press LIST, take the curser up to the listed current Product, and then use the right arrow to go to the saved Product that you want to use.

All correct what beojeff wrote. For example, I have even paired my Apple TV 4K and I can control it too if I select in that LIST view.

An example of this use is the BeoRemote One I have magnetically attached on the wall in my kitchen. I use four modes: BeoSound 1, Beo4 VIDEO, BeoPlay A6, and BeoVision. I switch to control between the BeoSound 1 and the BeoSystem 3 (using Beo4 VIDEO) in the kitchen. I can control the BeoPlay A6 in the dining room by switching to that product. I can control the BeoSystem 4 in the living room from the kitchen by switching to BeoVision.

Thanks for all replies! Sounds like an upgrade of my current Beoremote One could be justified. I get one more shortcut button also.

Another benefit is that the BT remote adheres better to the wall mount. The IR-only remote has a weaker magnetic adherence and very often slightly dislodges the battery just enough to make the remote reboot when removing it from the wall.

Actually, I should restate my last post to say that the CASE that comes with the BT remote works better with the wall holder. You can actually switch the cases between the two versions.

Will this work with a M3, too?

Yes, and in ir-mode with your BV11 you will also have one additional profile (number 4) to match the additional shortcut button 👍
