My problem is that the menu that use to come up are gone. New it’s the same menu on TV and DTV. The Black menu is gone. So now i can’t source channels anymore.
Can anybody help?
Maybe you have disabled DTV, so your DVB-HD module is diabled.
The TV may just have lost the STB setting (for controlling a set top box)
If this is indeed the problem, go to the SETUP menu, then OPTIONS, then CONNECTIONS, chose STB to the appropriate input (use remote arrow keys), and then select your make/model of STB from the list.
It's all in the manual, if you have one!
The black menu originates from the DVB-HD module, which can be abled/disabled in the service menu

monitor and configuration. The TV tuner is on. The DVB t/c is on. Is that what you mean? Bur stil not working.
