Hi there,

I have an original Beocom 1000 phone I bought in the mid-nineties. It still works fine, but for some reason no longer rings out when there is an incoming call.

I was hoping someone would be able to suggest a solution or even a decent repair company in London, UK who could help.

Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Thanks,

Mark

You haven't added any other handsets to your phone setup recently? Your line has a maximum REN (ringer equivalence number) Each phone plugged in has a REN value and too many add up to more than the maximum REN possible and although they may work OK, they won't ring.
