BeoLab 28 with Essence Remote is it possilbe?

Can anyone confirm if the Essence Remote will work??

Within the B&O App if you go into the BeoLabs 28 to Add a Remote to them it gives you the option for either the Beoremote One or Essence Remote, but some say the BeoLab 28 will only work with the One or Halo??
