Don't see B&O application in Play Store for android

Hello everybody ,

Hope you're well.

I want to get a BO apps for my Beo essence and I Don't see it in Play Store.

Can you help me ?

It may be that your phone uses an older Android OS version which does not support some of the APIs used by the B&O app.

You can try to visit the Play store from your computer, log into Google and see if you can start the install process from there (it should offer you to install on your phone, it will also say if the app.is incompatible)
