Hello,

I have a Beovision 4 - 65 inch plasma TV that I bought over 10 years back. It's connected to BeoSystem 3. This morning I noticed that I'm only getting sound from the TV but no picture. I tried turning it on & off and checked all connections but no luck. Did anyone else ever have that issue? Any recommendations / feedback on how to troubleshoot and fix this issue will be much appreciated. Thanks !

One way to check if the fault is with the TV vs the BeoVision is to connect a device using the DVI-D input directly and see if that works. The BV 4 is the only B&O TV I have ever owned and it was a rock solid and built like a tank. I had it for around 8-9 years. The longest I have ever owned a TV 🙂. Hopefully it isn’t the main logic board. These were Panasonic panels and the only reason I have heard they failed was if the cooling fans got bad. They generated a lot of heat - I remember, I could feel it from the front...
