Hi Barry, I had a similar problem with mine when I first got it. Check your software version - if it isn’t the most recent version then you may need to update via usb. I was unable to access the update server through the TV until I did so

It looks like they have updated the whole support section.
Maybe they have forgotten these downloads there....or they just haven’t finished updating rhat new site.
Why not use the contact form to ask them for it?
