BeoLink converter has green led indicator blinking

Hello everybody

I has a problem, my Beolink converter NL/ML  has green led indicator blinking, I tryed scan the ip addres but cannot saw the BC/NM, I changed the Patch Cord, tryed other router, but nothing do.

I pushed the button but it does not do anything
