Is it possible to hook up a non Bang and Olufsen TV to play through the Moment?

The Moment has 1 x Line-in (RCA) which you should be able to use.

No because there is no line-in delay disabling capability so you’ll have image/sound synchronisation issue, unless your TV has a way to correct that (my 2017 Samsung TV can’t do it this way).

But beside the line-in delay I would still argue Yes it's possible if you just want to feed the audio into the Moment and ML/NL network.
