A8 connection issues

Hi

I have had this A8 Type 2969 for several years now and i am having major issues trying to connect it to my new internet provider. I remember I had issues similar to this when I last moved a few years ago and had the same issues to resolve. Basically it was only once I contacted B&O that it was able to randomly connect and the issue was finally and intermittently resolved. I have done ALL the resets and manual reccomends but it Just searches and ends up flashing red...

Can anyone help me PLEASE!!!

Some B&O devices (e.g. Beolit 12 and BeoSound Essence Mk I) only connect to 2.4 GHz WiFi.

Check whether your new router is set to 5 GHz only. If so, try setting the router to transmit on both frequencies.
