Hi everyone,

I have a beolab 7.1 that I stored for a few years and want to get going again but has a problem.

I contacted it up to my beosystem 3 as front speaker. It seems to come on (I hear the relay click and see the red light turn green in the back)  but no sound whats so ever come out.

Anyone got any ideas on what to test for or could be wrong ?  It doesn't seem to be the power supply as it I do get the light in the back and I do hear the relay.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Is there actually something playing on that channel? IE is the bs3 setup correctly?

Oh yes, I had a BL4000 connected to it before.
And I did try a BL2500 speaker of my Ouverture as well, so yes it works.

Thanks Big Smile

All i can think of is to check the connections and see what’s set to go where audio wise. Other than that i am running out of ideas that are easy to fix...

Try to assign your Beolab 7.1 as center speaker (not front) on Bsys3, and plug it into center speaker input.
